Refund and Return Policy

Atย Native Again, we take great care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering heirloom and indigenous food products. We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Native Again reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Refund Process

Upon approval of the return request:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  The customer may be required to ship the product back to our address or wait for a scheduled pickup, depending on the location.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated to the original method of payment via UPI or bank transfer, based on customer details provided within 5โ€“7 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our food products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotions.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Gift boxes, hampers, or personalized orders.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a replacement item must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
